Sun City Summerlin offers nearly 1800 homes in over 40 models with a wide range of floor plans from 1003 to 2895 square feet. Single family homes start at 1119 square feet. Attached models include Garden Villas from 1046 to 1332 square feet with a garage for a car and a golf cart and Patio Homes from 1179 to 1749 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2-car garage. All homes include a covered patio, and most models over 1574 square feet include a Nevada Room (family room). Most models over 1327 square feet have an extra parking space in the garage for a golf cart. Some larger models have a den that can be used as an extra bedroom. Some models have a front courtyard.
